"6/5 stars. If you are looking for the Mozart of realty, look no further. It's pretty common on Yelp/Airbnb/Uber/Amazon to have people ask if you can give them a five-star review. I understand why people feel compelled to do this, but the problem with it is that it creates a ceiling effect where it's hard to differentiate true five-star people/places vs those which just did a pretty good, but not great, job. Well Terri White is not one of those cases. She gets MAXIMUM STARS because she is a truly exceptional agent. Not only does she put in a lot of effort and work tirelessly on your behalf, she has legendary-level knowledge of real estate, specifically in the Berkeley and related areas, and is encyclopedic in her familiarity with all the ins and outs of construction materials and methods, factors going into pricing a home, realty related contracts, and methods for negotiating with other agents and the people they represent. Terri is also incredibly well-connected and has an extensive network of contractors (plumbers, electricians, etc) to recommend. I've never met someone who knew as many details about home construction and valuation, down to the finest points of foundation concrete reinforcement methods, to NHD report intricacies, and the like. Furthermore, Terri is VERY responsive and doesn't get impatient with basic questions from people who are newbies to all these topics I mentioned. She responds with PROLIFIC emails detailing everything you could hope to know about each property she shares or which you ask about. She shares very relevant details which get to the crux of the matter for each one, and highlights those key points for you to refer back to later. And that's why I say, if you are looking for the Mozart of realty, look no further. "
